Whether you're here for a beachside retreat or a city adventure, this comfortable space has everything you need for a memorable stay.

The open-plan layout includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, a seating area for unwinding after a day of exploring, and a kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel warm and inviting.

The apartment also includes essential amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a smart flat-screen TV, and air conditioning for your comfort.

Guest Access

You get to enjoy everything the apartment has to offer as the entire apartment will be your home away from home. There is a shared laundry onsite, with pre-paid washing machine and dryer available.

You’re in one of Melbourne’s hottest spots, surrounded by an array of amazing restaurants and eateries. From casual cafes to fine dining, there’s something to satisfy every palate just a short walk or ride away.

3. Additional Fees
   -Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of typically $70 will be applied to your booking. Please note this fee may change dependent of the time of years.
   -Linen and Towel Fee: A separate fee $10 applies for linens and towels. This ensures we maintain quality bedding. 
   - Management Fee: There is also a management fee associated with your stay.

4. Competitive Pricing: Despite these additional fees, we strive to keep our accommodation competitive. Many other rentals incorporate these fees into their overnight rates, making our pricing transparent and straightforward.
